LOSING CHANNELS


AT&T UVERSE IS GETTING REALLY BAD ABOUT LOSING CHANNELS. FIRST WE LOST HALLMARK, WHICH WAS MY FAVORITE CHANNEL AND THE ONLY REASON I DROPPED MY REGULAR CABLE WAS BECAUES THEY DID NOT HAVE HALLMARK & AT&T UVERSE DID. NOW YOU DO NOT HAVE HGTV, WHICH IS ANOTHER FAVORITE. I WANT THESE CHANNELS BACK. WE ARE PAYING A BIG PRICE FOR UVERSE AND DESERVE TO GAIN CHANNELS, NOT LOSE THEM. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS GREAT, ALWAYS HELPFUL AND THEY ALWAYS RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THANK YOU! CONNIE

I am responding to Connie, as I came here for same reason. I agree totally!!! I loved Hallmark- gone. I loved HGTV- gone. There is little else I care to watch. Most shows are full of filth, and that's what I am ending up paying for.

I came here for the same reason. So angry that Hallmark was dropped and now HGTV. Am absolutely sick of this. There is little else on tv I care to see anymore.
