    I want to say that employee DT165J, know to me as Deon, did an exceptional job handling my complaint today. While I am still very unsatisfied with my uverse television service over the past 18 months, Deon understood my problem and made sure I was okay with his attempt at a resolution. I appreciated his effort today and I look forward to the day I actually recieve the service that I pay each month for. More...
