We purchased at&t uverse combo package less than a month ago. and from day one have had problems. The TV and internet service freezes through out the day and the phone line goes dead even if you are on a call, the call will simply disconnect. You can't call out or receive calls. We have phoned them atleast two dozen times. NO KIDDING!!!!The Customer Service rep's Tech's are nice but the product is poor. I will never ever desire to have any type of AT&T service again. It is not worth the headache. For example the service went out atleast a dozen times. Again no joke. AT&T. YOU USE TO HAVE THE BEST SERVICE IN MY BOOK. BUT I AGREE WITH MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS AND ASK. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO GET IT RIGHT. COME ON BE TRUTHFUL, IF YOUR PRODUCT HAS PROBLEMS. SAY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had Uverse installed in Aug 2009. This was TV and Internet. The Internet was extremely slow and I got all kinds of viruses in my computer even with my Virus protect. The TV would black out periodically. My first bill was high as there were installation costs, etc. and then I got a normal bill. Then when I went back to my cable company I got an extremely high bill again which doesn't sit too well with me as I'm on a fixed income. I told the rep I would dispute this bill as Uverse is a ripoff. Other people I have talked to said they had the same problems - viruses, etc.. I'm happy with my current cable co services.

We have had numerous problems with ATT Uverse. We eventually went back to a land line for the phone because voice over internet is horrible sounds like you are in a well or so much static you can't hear the person on the other end of the line. We are about to switch back to high speed cable for Internet service because inspite of having every possible pop up blocker enabled ATT's riddled with uncontrollable pop ups. I can't stop them! I won't even bother going into their jacked up billing system.
